Shipping & Returns
We include shipping costs for all of our mats in the purchase price for the eastern states metro areas (QLD, NSW and VIC) for all other states additional charges will apply. For some remote areas of WA and the NT we are unable to ship there as the couriers we use do not service these areas.
We do not currently accept international orders through our website. For international enquiries please contact us a email@example.com
All orders placed on our website will receive an immediate order confirmation email, shipment of your order will generally occur 2-3 business days after order placement.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination with most metropolitan areas taking 3-5 business days. Longer for remote areas, SA, NT and WA.
All orders places are shipped via our registered courier providers and for this reason we are unable to ship to any Parcel Locker or PO Box addresses. You will be supplied with the tracking details to follow your mats journey.

In order to qualify to return an item(s) purchased from us the item(s) must be:
- Be returned within 14 days
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be returned in all of its original packaging in the same condition you received it
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent with the item(s). Once your return is received we will inspect the items in accordance with any notes provided by yourself. We will also send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
While we want everyone to be happy and strive to provide the best service, we will unfortunately not be able to provide refunds for;
- Item(s) not in its original condition, damaged or defective for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Any item not returned in original packaging
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please ensure that the item is sent via a tracked method as will not be responsible for your missing return. In the event of returning an item please contact us for further information in regards to courier services as the item is large and not all companies offer delivery.
In the event that the item had to be returned because of a fault by Bebelux we will also credit you any shipping costs incurred for returning your item(s)
